Regular Exercise:
Increases the flow of circulation by which the immune system cells reach everywhere needed during infection.
Don’t smoke:
Severe respiratory system infection (pneumonia) decreases the ability of gaseous exchange, as well as smoking. It is better to leave smoking to get more oxygen during affecting of breathing pathway.
Get adequate sleep.
Regulate the sleep time to regulate the biological hours of human body. Sleep 7-8 perfect hours at night.
